Unity Hospice in Wisconsin is seeking a Float Registered Nurse to rotate duties among community sites, Meng Residence, and Triage, performing skilled nursing assessments and providing telephone guidance and care instructions. The RN collaborates with primary teams and schedule coordinators to ensure high-quality patient care.
The role includes full-time evening shifts (3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.), weekend coverage on a rotating basis, and an on-call rotation with holiday coverage.

The Float B registered nurse is responsible for rotating duties between the community, the Meng Residence, and the Triage department depending on staffing needs. This includes completing skilled nursing assessments within the community or at the Meng Residence as well as providing safe and effective telephone advice, care instructions, and directions to the appropriate level of care. The Float B nurse works collaboratively with the primary care teams, interdisciplinary team, and schedule coordinators to achieve high-quality patient standards.
Full-time 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m., four days per week. Weekend coverage is required every fourth weekend from 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. in Triage, with the option to work weekend shifts from home. The position also includes an on-call rotation of approximately 10–15 shifts per year and coverage for approximately 2–3 holidays per year.
