The Registered Nurse - Float B is responsible for rotating duties covering Admissions, Hospital, or Community, depending on staffing needs. The nurse works collaboratively with the primary care teams, interdisciplinary team, and schedule coordinators to achieve high-quality patient standards.
Schedule: Full-time, 0.9 FTE (36 hours per week) with variable shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Community and triage shifts are typically 8-9 hours, while shifts at the Meng Residence are 12 hours. Includes a minimum every 3rd weekend rotation (currently every 8th weekend); weekend work is 11:00 a.m.-11:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Also includes a shared 10-15-day on-call rotation and 2-3 holidays per year, which may require working outside of your regular scheduled shifts.
