Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for PRN, part-time and full-time contracts across multiple South Dakota locations including Sioux Falls, Brookings, Yankton, Mitchell and surrounding rural areas.

RNs enjoy pay rates of $45-$50 per hour with weekly payments and flexible shift options (DAYS/EVES/NOC), and on-call support. Positions include long-term care and assisted living settings, with emphasis on compassionate, patient‑centered care and adherence to physician orders.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in SD or reciprocity/multi-state eligibility.
• Maintains required certification/qualifications and associated standards.
• Registered Nurse (RN) experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients, document conditions and report changes to physician.
• Review, interpret, transcribe, and carry out physician orders.
• Administer medications and operate medical equipment.
• Check vitals and monitor patient status.
• Observe and report changes requiring care adjustments.
