Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan – Bethany provides individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process. You will collaborate with residents, families, and a wide inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care.

You may serve as charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff while maintaining nursing practice standards as outlined by regulatory rules. A Minnesota RN license is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota or multistate licensure if in an NLC state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary teams.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel.
