Berlin Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in New Jersey is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, and implement individualized care plans.

We offer Full-Time, Part-Time and PER-DIEM opportunities with day and night shifts including 7AM-7PM and 7PM-7AM. Same-day pay and competitive hourly rates support a rewarding nursing career.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to standards of nursing practice and the physician's plan of treatment.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per the plan of care.
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, reporting changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per physician orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety standards, and nursing regulations.
