Job summary
North Shore Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) at Williams Bay Health Services. Join a supportive nursing and rehabilitation team delivering resident-centered care. New graduates are encouraged to apply; hands-on training and ongoing support are provided.
Compensation ranges from $43.00 to $45.50 per hour, with pay based on experience and shift. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN/casual opportunities across all shifts, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career
Qualifications
- Active RN license and CPR certification.
- Compassion for older adults and a team-first approach.
- Ability to calculate medication dosages and use standard nursing equipment.
- Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency.
- Skilled nursing experience preferred; new graduates welcome with training.
Responsibilities
- Under the supervision of the Unit Manager, the RN assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of residents/patients during a shift.
- Nursing care is provided through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care.
- Provide direct patient care and coordinate with interdisciplinary team to meet resident needs.
