Healthwin Health and Rehabilitation in South Bend, IN is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality care in a compassionate, resident-centered setting. Shifts available: 6A-6P with competitive pay and shift differentials.

Competenze

Active state RN license is required.
CPR/BLS certification required.
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
Strong technical, assessment and documentation skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for extended periods.

Mansioni

Provide nursing care to residents per standards of practice and physician orders.
Plan nursing interventions based on individual needs and monitor implementation.
Evaluate care effectiveness and adjust interventions as needed.
Educate families and residents about care and procedures.
Administer medications and treatments per center policy.
Transcribe orders and document resident responses accurately.
Identify changes in condition and report to supervisor and physician.
Coordinate rehabilitation programs with therapists to meet needs.
