Elkhorn Health & Rehabilitation in Elkhorn City, KY is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for skilled care. Shifts available 7AM–7PM and 7PM–7AM; pay $30–$34.40 per hour with shift differentials and Daily Pay access.

Qualifications

• Active state RN license.
• CPR/BLS Certification required.
• Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing preferred.
• Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds.
• Stand, bend and walk for extended time.
• Team player, strong communicator, passionate about senior care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to meet resident needs per standards of practice and physician orders.
• Plan nursing interventions for each resident and monitor implementation.
• Evaluate care interventions and adjust as needed.
• Conduct family and resident education.
• Administer medications and treatments per center policy.
• Transcribe physician orders and document progress clearly.
• Identify changes in condition and report to supervisor, physician and family.
• Follow skin management protocols and report skin changes.
• Coordinate rehabilitation programs with therapists.
