Qualifications

• Must hold a current KY LPN license.
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Prior LTC/SNF experience preferred; new grads welcome.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents per standards of practice and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
• Assist with resident comfort and dignity.
• Collect samples, monitor catheters, and provide wound care.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow policies and regulations.
• Review and document patient histories and vital signs.
• Coach and support staff as needed.
