Job summary

Village Green Health and Rehabilitation seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team in North Carolina. You will plan, coordinate, and provide nursing care and health education to residents in a compassionate environment.

Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, you will supervise CNAs, coordinate unit care, and ensure accurate medication administration while transcribing physician orders and developing care plans.

Qualifications

• Must hold an unrestricted Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the care/services provided by CNAs and other staff.
• Coordinate nursing care of residents on the unit.
• Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions.
• Accurately transcribe and implement physician orders.
• Perform nursing assessments and report changes to the physician.
• Develop a plan of care based on assessments.
• Implement and adjust nursing interventions to stabilize conditions.
