INTEGRITY HEALTHCARE SERVICES LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. You will create and manage individualized care plans, observe patient conditions, and communicate effectively in the patient's best interest.

The RN must demonstrate current nursing practice knowledge and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and compassion. Flexible work-from-home options are available.

Qualificações

• Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of employment.
• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• First aid/CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
• Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor
