Job summary

Prestige Care Center of Plattsmouth is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our clinical team. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.

This role offers schedule flexibility while maintaining high standards of resident-centered care in a long-term care setting. Nebraska RN license and CPR may be required; prior LTC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Nebraska.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs.
• CPR certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per care plans and orders.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly.
• Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, facility policies, and quality standards.
• Provide leadership and clinical support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
