Job summary

Onyx Care of Arcadia is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to lead nursing staff and coordinate daily patient care at our Arcadia, LA campus. The role includes supervising nursing assistants, shifting planning, and ensuring high-quality resident care in a post-acute setting.

Qualifications

• Current Louisiana Nursing License is required.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants and plan the shift’s services and activities.
• Make written and oral reports/recommendations about shift activities; admit, transfer, and discharge residents; provide leadership to nursing staff.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
