Hale Nani Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to develop, implement, and update the plan of care for facility residents, and to supervise and deliver nursing services on the unit.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the practicing state.
• Ability to assess residents’ needs.
• Skilled in developing individual care plans for patients.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and update the comprehensive plan of care for residents.
