Job summary

The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized care using the nursing process for Albion residents. You will collaborate with residents, families, and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care, including coordination and resident education.

Qualified candidates will have an accredited nursing program credential, an active RN license in the state, and ongoing competency certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state where practice occurs.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred; maintain required competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and interdisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, educate residents and support nursing interventions; may delegate tasks as needed.
