Job summary

Monroe Health & Rehab Center seeks a compassionate registered nurse to join our skilled nursing team in Burgaw, NC. You will assess resident needs, develop individualized care plans, and administer nursing care to ensure the highest quality of care.

You will supervise nursing assistants and collaborate with leadership to uphold standards and policies while delivering comfort and dignity to residents in a SNF setting.

Qualifications

Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license to practice in the state where you work.
Must possess a current CPR certification.
Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
Administer nursing care and evaluate its effectiveness.
Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in delivering care in a SNF setting.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and policies.
