Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Medical Group in Skokie, IL. Qualifications

• The candidate must hold a current Illinois nursing license.
• Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
• BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience; Women’s Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing services and support patient care plans.
• Respond to patient messages via electronic health records.
• Charting in Epic electronic medical record system.
• Assist with patient communication and coordination.
