Job summary

Baptist Health in Fernandina Beach, FL, is hiring a Registered Nurse for our full-time night shift on the Flex/Float team at Baptist Nassau. You will deliver direct patient care and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to meet care plans.

The role requires a Florida RN license, BLS, and at least 2 years of clinical nursing experience. We value patient advocacy, education of patients and families, and commitment to the hospital mission. Sign-on bonus up to $5,000.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in Florida.
• BLS required.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients requiring treatment of any medical, surgical, or other condition.
• Educate patients and families to their disease process and plan of care.
• Interact with physicians and other departments within the hospital.
• Serve as patient advocate.
