Job summary

Baptist Health is hiring a Registered Nurse to join our Flex/Float team at Baptist Nassau in Fernandina Beach, FL. This full-time night shift role offers a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 and opportunities to care for patients across medical and surgical units.

The RN will educate patients and families, coordinate with physicians and departments, and advocate for patient safety and quality care while participating in unit activities and ongoing学习.

Qualifications

• 2 years clinical nursing experience required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) needed.
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients with medical, surgical, or other conditions, including chronic issues or minor injuries.
• Educate patients and families about disease processes and plans of care.
• Interact with physicians and other hospital departments to coordinate care.
• Advocate for patients and ensure safety and quality of care.
