Mercy Hospital St. Louis Critical Care Medicine Fellowship is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care across critical care units. You will work within Mercy’s nursing model and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while upholding patient rights and confidentiality.

Responsibilities include delivering competent care, floating to various units as needed, and sharing clinical knowledge with the team. A BSN is preferred, with 2+ years in critical care.

Qualifikationen

• Current Arkansas RN license.
• BLS certification (must be current).
• ACLS & NIHSS – required within 90 days of hire.
• BSN preferred; 2+ years of critical care experience.

• Deliver competent, compassionate nursing care to patients.
• Float to Med Surg, Orthopedics, Cardiac, Cardiac Neuro, PCU, and Critical Care as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective patient outcomes.
• Serve as a resource to unit staff by sharing skills and knowledge.
• Adapt quickly to varying workflows, patient needs, and unit requirements.

• Med Surg
• Orthopedics
• Cardiac
• Cardiac Neuro
• Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Critical Care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective patient outcomes
• Serve as a resource to unit staff by sharing skills, clinical knowledge, and best practices
• Adapt quickly to varying workflows, patient needs, and unit requirements
