Job summary

Atlantic Health in Summit, NJ is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join a multidisciplinary team. You will monitor patients, administer medications, maintain detailed health records, and educate patients to support recovery and well-being.

This role collaborates with physicians and care teams to deliver high-quality care across our facilities. Required are graduation from an accredited Nursing Program, an active NJ RN license, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate health care records and reports.
• Administers medications to patients and monitors for side effects.
• Prescribes assistive medical devices and related treatments.
• Monitors and records symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
• Assesses and plans patient nursing care with the healthcare team.
• Records vital signs and medical information.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
