Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced registered nurse to deliver high-quality patient care across units. You will use the nursing process to assess and plan care, coordinate with the care team, and maintain accurate EHR documentation.

Responsibilities include ensuring patient safety, administering treatments per protocols, and supporting professional development. Qualified candidates hold an RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN is preferred; relocation and credentialing

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where RN is providing client nursing services.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Typically requires 1 year of experience in clinical nursing.

Responsabilités

• Engage in unit councils, professional governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes and apply evidence-based practices.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care, engaging patients and families through the continuum of care.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, mobilize resources, and collaborate with the care team to influence care outcomes.
• Uphold and promote a culture of safety.
• May administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and according to clinical protocols and procedures.
• Demonstrate effective communication, feedback, and conflict resolution, fostering team collaboration and appropriate delegation.
• Pursue professional development, complete required education, and maintain certifications.
• Adhere to the ANA Code of Ethics and practice ethical decision-making, respecting interdisciplinary roles, and contributing to integrated patient care.
• Appropriate delegation to other RNs, LPNs, and unlicensed assistive personnel.
• Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May be required to float to other units or facilities within the service area.
