Live Well Homecare is hiring an RN for Adult Psychiatry at Evanston Hospital in Evanston, IL. This full-time evening role (3:00-11:30pm) includes rotating weekends and holidays, with responsibilities spanning direct nursing care, care planning, and supervision of staff.

Applicants must hold an IL nursing license, be BLS/CPR certified, and preferably hold a BSN. Experience in adult psychiatry is valued. Competitive pay with shift differentials and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Formación

• Current IL nursing license.
• BSN preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsabilidades

• Provide safe, effective nursing care to adult psychiatric patients.
• Use the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Supervise and guide unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care.

Location: Evanston Hospital, Evanston, IL

Type: Full Time (40 hours/week)

Shift: Evening (3:00-11:30pm) with rotating weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to adult psychiatric patients
• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Supervise and guide unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Contribute to safety, quality improvement, and positive patient experiences

Qualifications & Skills:

• Current IL nursing license
• Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing school; BSN preferred
• BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association
• Adult Psychiatry experience preferred
