The Center for Living & Rehabilitation is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care for subacute rehab residents as part of a collaborative, patient-centered team. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans with an emphasis on rehabilitation outcomes.
