The Center for Living & Rehabilitation is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care within our subacute rehab unit. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

We value ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices in rehabilitation nursing and foster a supportive, collaborative work environment for our staff.

Formación

• RN licensure in Vermont is required.

Requirements
