Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for the Kewanee Life Skills Re-Entry Center in Kewanee, IL. This position requires providing holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients on the evening shift. The ideal candidate must hold an Associate's degree, a valid RN license, and CPR certification.

The RN will collaborate with the Director of Nursing and a multi-disciplinary team to address the physical and psychological needs of patients.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required or the ability to obtain one.
• Appropriate and active certification in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) required.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and criminal background check.

Location: Kewanee Life Skills Re-Entry Center, Kewanee, IL 61443. Position: Full‑Time Registered Nurse (RN), Evening Shift. Compensation: $48 per hour.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborating with a multi‑disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.
