Job summary

Live Well Homecare seeks experienced RNs for an expanded hospital environment with a focus on ER and ICU units. You will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced setting and help maintain staffing ratios to support patient safety and outcomes.

Responsibilities include coordinating transfers for complex cases such as major burns and neurosurgery, and performing physical duties to support patient needs. BLS is required; ACLS/PALS/TNCC may be required depending on department.

Qualifications

• RN degree required (ADN/ASN/ Diploma/BSN).
• Current RN licensure in the appropriate state or compact license.
• Minimum 1 year ER experience preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS/TNCC may be required depending on department.

• Performing physical duties such as lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and various movements to support patient needs.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN licensure in the appropriate state or compact license.
• Minimum of 1 year ER experience preferred.
• Certifications including BLS required; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, TNCC, or others may be required based on department.

Strong clinical skills, ability to handle high-pressure situations, physical stamina, and excellent communication.
