Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks experienced registered nurses for a hospital expansion focusing on ER and ICU units. You will deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, support high-acuity staffing, and coordinate transfers for complex cases such as major burns or neurosurgery.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure (state or compact) and BLS; ACLS/PALS/TNCC may be required by department.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN licensure in the appropriate state or compact license.
• Minimum of 1 year ER experience preferred.
• Certifications including BLS; ACLS/PALS/TNCC may be required depending on department.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ER/ICU setting.
• Maintain staffing ratios (3:1 on high acuity, 4:1 as needed).
• Manage patient transfers for complex cases (burns, neurosurgery).
• Assist with physical tasks as needed to support patient care.

Seeking experienced RNs for a hospital expansion with a focus on ER and ICU units.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, expanded environment.
• Maintaining appropriate staffing ratios (3:1 on high acuity, 4:1 as needed).

• Performing physical duties such as lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and various movements to support patient needs.
