Job summary

La Paz Regional Hospital & Clinics in Parker, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in line with nursing standards and company policies.

You will provide high-quality care, supervise others as needed, and tailor your care to patients' ages and conditions, with opportunities to mentor staff and contribute to quality improvement and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice or Multi-State RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certification required.
• TNCC within 6 months of hire; 2-3 years of experience in the clinical area preferred.
• For H1B candidates: Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: Evaluate patients' physical, mental, social, and cultural needs; review medical history and tests.
• Care Planning: Create and adjust individualized care plans with patients, families, and the care team.
• Care Delivery: Provide hands-on care, follow doctor's orders, and supervise other staff as needed.
• Evaluate Outcomes: Monitor patient progress and update care plans accordingly.
• Documentation: Record assessments, plans, treatments, and responses accurately and on time.
• Education and Support: Educate patients, families, and staff; mentor new nurses or students.
• Quality Improvement: Support initiatives for better outcomes and participate in professional development.
• Team Collaboration: Work with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.

Qualifications

• Required:
