Barkley SurgiCenter in Fort Myers, FL seeks a full-time Registered Nurse Endoscopy/Operating Room Circulator to join our team. The RN will position and prep patients and circulate cases, ensuring top-notch patient care.

Ideal candidates have Endo/GI experience, 1+ year circulating, and an unrestricted RN license in the state, with BSN preferred and a commitment to infection control and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.
• Must hold a current unrestricted RN license in the state.
• Endo/GI experience is required.
• Minimum 1+ year of circulating nurse experience.
• Current American Heart BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse, in the operating room, provides nursing care and service during surgery cases.
• The RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case.
• Maintain infection control standards and function as part of an interdisciplinary team.

JOB SUMMARY:

• The Registered Nurse, in the operating room, provides nursing care and service during surgery cases.
• The RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case.
• The ideal candidate will be focused on excellent customer service, have the ability to multi-task, the ability to show flexibility in assignments, maintain scrupulous infection control standards, maintain professional competencies, and have the ability to work as part of an interdependent multidisciplinary team.
