Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse - Endoscopy in Elmhurst, IL for a full-time, on-site position. Hours are 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

with flexible start times and call requirements, including days, nights, and holidays. The role emphasizes professional nursing care, critical thinking, and teamwork to deliver high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will hold an associate degree in nursing (BSN preferred within 5 years), hold IL RN licensure, and maintain CPR/BLS.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree in nursing or BSN within 5 years from start date.
• Current State of Illinois RN licensure.
• Current CPR (BLS) certification.
• ACLS within 90 days; PALS within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Render professional nursing care to provide quality patient care.
• Assess patient condition, plan and evaluate care.
• Delegate tasks to staff and work as part of the team.

Job description

Hourly Pay Range:

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

• Position: Registered Nurse - Endoscopy
• Location: Elmhurst, IL
• Full time
• Hours: M-F 6a to 6:30p (flexible start times) Call Requirements (including Days, Nights, Holidays)

What you will do:

Renders professional nursing care to provide quality patient care. Employing critical thinking skills, assesses patients? condition, recognizes deviations, plans and evaluates care, monitors patients? progress, and records pertinent observations. Delegates appropriate patient care tasks to other staff. Functions as a team member to fulfill unit goals. The following are general characteristics of this job, although duties may vary by assigned unit or shift.

What you will need:

Education:

• Associate degree in nursing or higher level nursing degree (BSN required within 5 years from start date)

License/Certification:

• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
• Current CPR Certification (BLS) issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within ninety days of start date into position
• Pediatric Life Support (PALS) within ninety days of start date into position

Experience:

• Previous Endoscopy experience preferred
