MUHA's Endoscopy RN role supports patients before, during, and after procedures in a fast-paced setting alongside physicians and anesthesia providers. You will ensure patient safety, teamwork, and hands-on procedural nursing across pre-procedure, procedure, and recovery phases.
The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited nursing program with a South Carolina or Compact RN license, current BLS and ACLS certifications, and prior endoscopy or acute-care experience.

As an Endoscopy RN, you’ll provide nursing care throughout the patient’s entire procedural experience, including:

You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy procedural nursing, can recognize subtle changes in a patient’s condition, communicate effectively with an interdisciplinary team, and are comfortable working in a fast-moving clinical environment.
This position participates in the Endoscopy Department's call rotation, including after-hours, weekend, and holiday coverage as assigned. Team members must be able to respond within the department's required call-back timeframe.
