CarePartners seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to lead and coordinate patient care in a facility or home setting in western North Carolina. The RN will apply the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver safe, high-quality care and to educate patients and families.

The role requires an accredited RN program, NC licensure, and at least 1 year of experience; BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of start date.

Qualifications

• Provides leadership to facilitate delivery of professional comfort and wellbeing.
• Applies nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching.

Responsibilities
