The ideal candidate has at least three years of RN experience in emergency or critical care, holds a current RN license in the relevant state, and possesses certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP. Certification as a Certified Registered Flight Nurse (CFRN) is required within 24 months.
