Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions invites a Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (RN-ER) to join our all- AZ team on a night shift (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) in-office, full-time contract.

You will provide high-quality ER nursing care, triage patients by acuity, administer medications, and educate families. We value growth, feedback, and teamwork, with opportunities for advancement within a culture focused on excellence.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with Emergency Department/ACLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years ER nursing experience in fast-paced settings.
• Proficiency in triage, rapid assessment, and prioritization of acuity.
• Strong knowledge of infection control, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Ability to administer medications per orders and document accurately.
• Experience tracking KPIs and contributing to performance targets.
• Excellent communication skills for team huddles and handoffs.
• Demonstrated collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to adjust care plans.
• Ability to educate patients/families and provide clear discharge instructions.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain an organized and clean ER environment to optimize workflow.
• Adhere to contract terms, on-site shifts, and assist with coverage as needed.
