Job summary

Deaconess Gibson is seeking an Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate care in a fast-paced ED. You will deliver direct patient care, coordinate care plans, supervise team members, and educate patients and families throughout their visit.

Responsibilities include rapid assessment, clinical decision-making, and collaboration with physicians to ensure timely, high-quality treatment across all age groups. Indiana/compact licensure is required or eligible.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Indiana or a compact state.
• BSN is preferred but not required.

As an Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) at Deaconess Gibson, youll provide compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced emergency setting where clinical skill, quick thinking, and teamwork make all the difference. Youll care for patients of all ages and acuity levels, helping stabilize, treat, and support individuals and families during some of their most critical moments.

In this role, youll deliver direct patient care while also coordinating care plans, supervising care provided by others, and ensuring patients and families receive clear education and support throughout their visit.
