Job summary

Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in home settings, collaborating with the care team to ensure safety and adherence to clinical standards.

Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, performing procedures and monitoring, documenting care, educating patients and families, advocating for patients, and utilizing advancing technology to enable safe, efficient care, with ongoing education

Qualifications

• Current RN license with a diploma or degree in nursing.
• Certifications including Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and trauma or pediatric life support within specified timeframes.

• Perform procedures, monitoring, and interventions as ordered by medical providers.
