This position is classified as Non-Exempt with scheduled hours from 11am to 11:30pm, including holidays every other holiday and every third weekend. The shift is an Evening Shift, 12.5 Hours.
Responsibilities include planning, delivering, and managing direct patient care, adhering to nursing standards, and possibly acting as Charge Nurse or Resource Nurse. The goal is to facilitate safe and efficient patient transitions during hospitalization.
Minimum requirements include at least one year of medical-surgical experience, graduation from an accredited nursing school, current Massachusetts nursing license, and BLS certification. Additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, NRP, and CEN are preferred or required depending on the unit.
