Total Experience: 1 – 20 years

Our client is a leading academic medical center in Texas, voted among the top hospitals in the country.

We are looking for several experienced clinicians to impact patient outcomes.

The RN provides professional nursing care to a diverse patient population, conducts nursing assessments, assists with exams and treatments, patient education, and maintains medical records.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing direct patient care effectively and efficiently, including patients with varied and complex needs.
  2. Communicating and collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team to facilitate, coordinate, and maintain compassionate, quality care to achieve desired treatment outcomes.
  3. Demonstrating clinical competence in providing care, using technology, administering medications, performing procedures, and managing emergencies, while advocating for patients and their families.
  4. Assuming leadership roles such as participating in or leading unit initiatives, serving as charge nurse or preceptor, and contributing to hospital-wide projects in partnership with management.

Education Requirements: Bachelor of Science degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing.

Experience Requirements: 1–3 years in Emergency Room Nursing or Med Surg, with certifications in ACLS, PALS, BLS. Must hold a BSN Degree and Texas license. Sign-on bonus, relocation, and visa sponsorship are available.
