Job summary

Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare is hiring an Emergency Department Registered Nurse. You will perform rapid assessments, establish care plans, administer medications, and respond to emergencies while coordinating with the care team to ensure timely, high-quality patient outcomes.

Required RN licensure with strong clinical skills; ACLS/PALS/TNCC certifications are preferred. We offer professional growth opportunities and a supportive work environment in a dynamic emergency setting.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure is required.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Emergency nursing experience preferred, with trauma care exposure.
• ACLS, PALS and TNCC certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments.
• Develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Respond to emergency and trauma situations promptly.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and families and support infection prevention.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
