Pro Med Healthcare Services is seeking experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses for immediate 13-week holiday coverage contracts across Central and Coastal Florida. Opportunities for local or travel assignments with on-site ER duties and rapid onboarding.

Positions include multiple Florida locations offering hourly pay, with night and day shifts available, and requirements for active RN license, ER experience, BLS/ACLS, and strong critical care skills to support high-volume emergency care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year recent ER experience.
• Current BLS & ACLS certifications.
• Strong critical care and emergency assessment skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide care to Emergency Room patients using the Nursing Process and in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policy.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, leadership, and delegation of patient care priorities to ensure safe care delivery.

Pro Med Healthcare Services is seeking experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses (ER RNs) for immediate 13-week holiday coverage contracts throughout Central and Coastal Florida. The Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing care to Emergency Room patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures. The registered nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgement and leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care of the patient in the Emergency Department; maintains clinical competencies through continuing education; delegates patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available; provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.

Direct facility access, expedited onboarding, and high-volume options on the board:

Palm Coast: $60/hr | Nights (1 spot left)

Tampa: $50/hr | Nights (10 spots)

Sebring: $50/hr | Days (3 spots) & Nights (7 spots)

Millenia (Orlando): $50/hr | Mids 3P–3A (1 spot left)

Lake Wales: $50/hr | Mids 11A–11P or 1P–1A (2 spots)

Zephyrhills: $50/hr | Nights (3 spots)

Kissimmee: $50/hr | Nights (2 spots)

Port Charlotte: $50/hr | Nights (1 spot left)

• Weekend requirements: Every other weekend
