Pro Med Healthcare Services seeks experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses for immediate 13-week holiday contracts across Central and Coastal Florida.

RNs will provide compassionate, evidence-based care in fast-paced ED settings, using the Nursing Process, with strong critical thinking and leadership to ensure patient safety.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of recent ER experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong critical care and emergency assessment skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide care for ER patients using the Nursing Process per state policy.
• Demonstrate clinical judgement, leadership, and safe care planning.
• Maintain competency through ongoing education and supervision.
• Coordinate care with the healthcare team and delegates as needed.

Pro Med Healthcare Services is seeking experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses (ER RNs) for immediate 13-week holiday coverage contracts throughout Central and Coastal Florida. The Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing care to Emergency Room patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures. The registered nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgement and leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care of the patient in the Emergency Department; maintains clinical competencies through continuing education; delegates patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available; provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.

Palm Coast: $60/hr | Nights (1 spot left)

Tampa: $50/hr | Nights (10 spots)

Sebring: $50/hr | Days (3 spots) & Nights (7 spots)

Millenia (Orlando): $50/hr | Mids 3P–3A (1 spot left)

Lake Wales: $50/hr | Mids 11A–11P or 1P–1A (2 spots)

Zephyrhills: $50/hr | Nights (3 spots)

Kissimmee: $50/hr | Nights (2 spots)

Port Charlotte: $50/hr | Nights (1 spot left)
