Job summary

Qualifications

  • Current RN license in the state of practice or Multi-State RN license
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS certification
  • TNCC within 6 months of hire
  • 2–3 years of experience in the relevant clinical area
  • For H1B candidates: Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

  • Patient Assessment: Evaluate patients’ physical, mental, social, and cultural needs; review medical history and test results
  • Care Planning: Create and adjust individualized care plans with patients, families, and the care team
  • Care Delivery: Provide hands-on care, follow doctors’ orders, supervise other staff
  • Evaluate Outcomes: Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Documentation: Record assessments, plans, treatments, and patient responses
  • Education and Support: Educate patients, families, and staff; mentor new nurses or students
  • Quality Improvement: Support initiatives for better patient outcomes and participate in professional development
  • Team Collaboration: Work with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care

Job Summary
