Role Overview:

The Inpatient Registered Nurse provides comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, executing, and evaluating nursing activities to meet individual needs.

Conducts assessments, addresses physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and develops individualized care plans. Provides direct care, administers treatments and medications, and evaluates intervention effectiveness. Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and resolve patient needs. Participates in decision‑making, problem‑solving, and safety initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experience. Engages actively in quality improvement and safety programs, promoting evidence‑based practices and team goals.
