Job summary

Endeavor Health in Glenview, IL seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Night shift in the Emergency Department. You will provide nursing care to diverse patient populations, apply the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting patient safety and high-quality experiences.

The role is full-time, 36 hours weekly, with night shifts from 7 pm to 7 am and rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Current IL nursing license required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Provider required.
• Minimum 1 year hospital nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care.
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience.

$37.25 - $57.74 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

• Position: Registered Nurse
• Location: Glenbrook Hospital
• Full Time: 36 hours per week
• Hours: Night shift(7p-7a) w/ rotating weekends

What you will need:

• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
• Education: BSN degree preferred
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required
• Experience: Minimum 1-year current hospital nursing experience preferred
