Endeavor Health in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department night shift. The role is full-time (36 hours/week) with 7pm–7:30am hours and every third weekend.

Requires an Associate's degree or BSN and Illinois RN licensure, plus current CPR certification. The position offers competitive hourly pay with a review adjusting minimum pay to $37.25/hour beginning October 2026, and a comprehensive benefits package including incentive opportunities and tuition

• Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois.
• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsabilités

• Provides patient assessment and collection of health data involving patient, family and other health care providers.
• Coordinates patient plan of care to assure interventions are consistent, safe, timely and appropriate.
• Communicates clearly and effectively with all customers, in person, on the phone and in writing.
• Individualizes patient and family teaching based on a thorough assessment to meet their specific learning needs.
• Participates in evaluating quality and effectiveness of nursing practice by participating in quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintains professional knowledge in current nursing practice standards, laws and regulations.

ndeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October 2026.
