Job summary

Endeavor Health in Illinois seeks registered nurses to support multiple hospital locations, including Edward, Elmhurst, Evanston, Glenbrook, Highland Park, Northwest Community, Plainfield ED, Skokie, and Swedish Hospitals. Roles offer full-time or part-time shifts (PM and Night).

You will deliver patient-centered nursing care using the nursing process and ensure regulatory compliance. Applicants must have IL licensure, a BSN is preferred, and BLS/CPR certification; ACLS/PALS/NIHSS/TNCC/ECRN are

Qualifications

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL is required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification through AHA required.
• 1 year of current hospital nursing experience; ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNS, TNCC, ECRN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department.
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care.
• Positively contribute to safety outcomes and promote high-quality patient experience.

Job description

Hourly Pay Range:

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.
