Job summary

Cape Fear Valley Health System in Raeford, North Carolina, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. The RN will plan and implement professional nursing care, assume charge nurse duties when assigned, and collaborate with the health system team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Requirements include NC RN licensure or compact state licensure, an associate degree in nursing (bachelor's preferred), and strong English communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current licensure in North Carolina as a Registered Nurse or Compact state licensure.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
• Demonstrates positive interpersonal skills.
• Verbal and written skills required.
• Demonstrates effective organizational and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of age-specific physiological, psychosocial, developmental and spiritual needs of patients typically served.
