Job summary

IntelliResume is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department in Hackensack, NJ, a full-time evening shift. You will provide direct patient care, collect data, and coordinate care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.

The role requires an Associate degree or diploma in Nursing, NJ RN license, and BLS/CPR within 60 days. 6+ months of nursing experience is preferred, with BSN in progress encouraged. Hackensack Meridian Health supports teamwork and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Associate in Nursing or diploma in Nursing required.
• BSN in progress or willingness to acquire within three years of hire.
• 6+ months of relevant nursing experience or Nurse Residency Program.
• Current RN License in New Jersey.
• BLS/CPR certification required within 60 days of hire.
• National Certification in area of specialty preferred when eligible.

• Perform age and disease specific assessments independently.
• Recognize clinical and diagnostic status changes in patients.

• Administer medications utilizing advanced bar-scanning technologies.
• Evaluate progress toward attainment of patient outcomes.
• Initiate interventions related to changes in patient condition.
• Adhere to the American Nurses Association Code for Nurses.
