AdventHealth in Sebring, Florida, is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift in a critical care setting. You will assess, plan, implement, and document patient care with a focus on safety and outcomes.

The role requires ED/critical care experience, an RN license, and BLS; you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.

Job Description:

• Up to $15,000 Sign-On Bonus * For Eligible Candidates

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather data on health status and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and medical diagnoses.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions, adjusting care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
• Document patient care activities, including assessments, care plans, interventions, and outcomes, accurately and timely in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.

• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to infection control policies and safety protocols.
